CBD Dosing Guide
Leaf Note
It's important to remember that everyone is unique and it will take time to determine the correct dosage for you.
You have most likely heard about the health benefits that come with taking CBD Oil. Anything from improved sleep, reduced anxiety and depression, improved sleep, and more.
No matter why you are taking CBD dosing is important, and an individual process.
Determining the best CBD Dosage
The amount of CBD you need to take may range on a few different things.
- Concentration
- Toleration
- Body Weight
- Desired Effects
"Start Low, Go Slow". Everybody is different and may need to take a higher or lower dose of CBD based on their desired effects. In the beginning we encourage you to start with our lowest dosage, and gradually increase the dosage until you see your desired result.
As with any dietary supplement it is always best to contact your physician before starting a new regimine. Once you have done so try taking .25ml of CBD Oil - equivilant to 1/4th of a dropper (it is clearly marked). We recommend that you wait around half an hour before you dose again if needed.
CBD Dosage: Different Types
When dosing with CBD you generally have three options. Larger does can help sedate the body, while smaller doeses of CBD help to stimulate the body.
Microdose:
Microdosing (taking low doses of CBD). A microdose falls between the range of 0.5mg and 20mg.
Standard Dose:
A standard dose typically falls between the range of 10 to 100mg of CBD each day.
Macrodose:
Macrodoses are very large, high-range doses that we only suggest under very specific circumstances. Consult your doctor about macrodosing with CBD, which is any dose of 100mg to 800mg per day.
